Shipping policy

All mirrors are made to order and require a production lead time of 4–6 weeks before shipment. Once completed, your mirror will be carefully packaged using protective materials designed for fragile items to ensure safe delivery.

Express shipping is available for purchase and reduces the production lead time to 3–4 weeks. Shipping transit times remain the same.

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Due to the delicate nature of this product, we recommend inspecting your mirror upon delivery. If any damage occurs during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
